i hope in your travels you find someone like me
Lord knows you need someone
Lord knows you're looking
because i've seen that light in your eyes
and i've tried to hold you back
but you held me an arm's length away
and even my tears couldn't clear your face.
send me a postcard, if you will,
if the movement fills you
and i hope you find clear skies
and i hope you unveil your eyes
and i hope you find someone like me.
