Sometimes Poem by Brhyte Owoo

Sometimes

Sometimes I wish is just the 2 of us
To live and die in each other's arms
To embrace humanity and face the world
Shameless as two love birds
Tumbling between the sheets.

Sometimes I wish you are my one and only
A wife after my own heart
To hold and cuddle as we walk down the aisle
As my better half
For eternity, so to be.

Sometimes I wish
But wishing are just wishes
So here I am with a heart of Gold
For you to hold, keep and cater
The blossoming of our mortal life together.

I love you.
