Once again
Anger feels my veins
Tendons rip
Brake down a chair
Slam a door
Punch a hole in a wall
A muscle tore
It looks so stupid
Feel so small
What a fool
What did I do
Why
Why do I get so angry
It seemed so right
Had to fight
Cats scared and hiding
Its alright
I'd never hurt you
Just another angry
Fool

An angry man is feared even by nature. Great poem
