Song Invisible Poem by Mary Naylor

Song Invisible

Rating: 4.8

Silently we wander love,
By this moon spattered brook.
You hear it sing a throaty song,
You see its throbbing heart.

You feel its moaning waters glide,
And touch its golden skin,
But silent is my song for you,
Invisible, my love.

The stars are sonatas of silver,
The moon a chord of gold.
Look now at me, my only love,
This song of love behold.
