Sonnet: Blessed Virgin Mary - Untier Of Knots Of Life Poem by Dr John Celes

Sonnet: Blessed Virgin Mary - Untier Of Knots Of Life

Rating: 5.0

The knots in life are caused by sinfulness
By human beings, who can't undo them;
Some knots can block their blessings, happiness;
Life's fabric's holes, they cannot ever hem!

Futile are human tries to undo knots;
Some complicate the ones and invite more;
Some end as curses, putting them in rots;
Mere prayers can't open a newer door.

Eve's disobedience caused one knot in life;
Mary's obedience untied life's disgrace;
But knots in thread of life are always rife;
Christ's Virgin Mother can straighten life's maze!

Though man can't undo knots, yet, Mary can!
And special prayers work magic for man.

The idea of the human race born with sins is something that has to be verified and clarified in the modern era of science, communication and technology, but our ancestral religion talks about understanding and realizing oneself as the separate as well as connected entities under the massive energy of great ones! ! I am too happy to read your poems, Dr.Celes..
