Just few months from now on, life sure will change;
Your learning as a medico may end;
Your doctor's training starts in newer range;
Your medical degree, you must defend!

So, put your theory learnt to practice soon;
Your patients serve to give you bed-side ken;
Time spent in library will turn your boon;
Remember, you're elite men and women!

Your professional knowledge must go sky-high!
Your labour shouldn't reduce in any way;
Awaits a world of competition, nigh;
Life's enjoyment ought to be kept at bay!

You aim for excellence in treating sick;
Experience is throughout life, a pick!
