Soon Poem by Joseph Walden

Soon

Thinking who or why when tears did cry,
Down the steps and out the gate,
By the birds and notes of mate,
Heard me not mention?

Yes I remember,
Presiding here,
Slumbering amongst silence.

Clearing of the mist,
Letter A and tongue did twist,
Thoughts decay,
'Oh and by the way,
I love you.'
