South Haven Lady At Enchanted Rock Poem by Hubert Wilson

South Haven Lady At Enchanted Rock

Granite intrusion into the setting sun.
Raw beauty not outdone.
Evening respite for the soul.
Breathtaking to behold.
Totally enthralled.
Eternally recalled.
Rarest charm in nature and her.
Even now memories still spur.
Illustration in the mind.
Beguiled by both and entwined.
Beckoned back to the war.
Enchanted twilight to always adore -
Does she think of that sunset anymore?
