Spase Chace

became not about the space chase
of Musk, Bezos and what's-his-name, the Virgin guy -
not James Maiden, 'who' is an old paddle-steamer
at Cobdogla, which is perhaps named after an aboriginal guy,
is familiarly known as Cobby,
and is home to an Irrigation Museum
with a small, working steam train on a two-foot-gauge line
that winds around the site then crosses the road
and goes into the grape plantations
of the Riverland of the Murray.
'Spase Chace' became about Cobby,
memory,
and Richard Branson.
