*spinning Girls Poem by Sylvi Sylva

*spinning Girls

Rating: 5.0

She went round, round on one spot
Till her heart thumped, her head ached, giggling
Flumaxed, smiling, eyes searching, shrilling laughter
Panting, striving to keep her feet, her head spinning
Stumbling, giggling, the grin on her face, for days after

The wind to her a breeze, she holds a gale, a beautiful storm
A cyclone in her mind, circled by eyes around her
Hurrying, fingers pointing, a sudden flurry to and from
Shouting, clapping, across the horizon, wide and far
Soon joining, giggling gilrs, spinning round, round gales in single spots
