Spirit Of Poetry Poem by Paul G. Kallen

Spirit Of Poetry

Rating: 2.8

I feel so lonely amid the human race,
I live somewhere in outer space.
Like many souls in the realm of dream,
My soul yearns for a poetic gleam.

To my delight, she also dwells this place,
The soul whose middle name is Grace.
As the producer of the verses theme,
As my muse, she still reigns supreme.

Our two souls are meant to interlace
With one another locked in an embrace.
So both of us are traveling upstream,
Harmonious in seeking the extreme.
