Move over I-am-fine for I'm-good,
My-bad makes old ‘sorry' pretty prude.
Semantic upheaval,
Spirit of time's free will,
If you can't fall in line you're a dude.

Internet has forged many a word and phrase tradition would frown at. But youth has invaded every field and has changed the face of prevailing grammar. I'm fine' in response to ‘how are you' is too old. It's now ‘I'm good'. ‘I'm sorry' also is too old, and ‘my bad' has replaced it. ‘Like' has become a sort of verbal comma. What else? But wait, who are we to judge? It is the prevailing Zeitgeist, bow to it.

I like your brilliant limericks. They are always imbued with wisdom and insight aside from being humorous. A sharp-witted write.
'A sharp-witted write' well greeted should be fine, thank you so much.
Semantic upheaval/Spirit of time's free will...... That is why modern grammarians freely take a little deviation from conventional route! A wonderful limerick sir................10
We are on the same page dear poet, your reading is fine. Grammar always follows the usage, never precedes.
