Spring Poem by Dr Shamim Ali

Spring

Oh, Spring! The season of rebirth and growth,
When nature wakes from its slumber and both,
Birds and animals emerge from their rest,
To enjoy the sunshine and do what they do best.

The days are longer, the weather is warmer,
The trees grow leaves again, and the world is transformed,
From the barren and cold, to the lush and green,
Spring brings a new life, like never seen.

The Great Sphinx, once an equinoctial marker,
Signaling the arrival of this season's marker,
When the sun crosses the celestial equator,
And the world enters the Spring's true flavor.

Flowers bloom, colors burst out in the open,
The bees buzz, the butterflies dance and sing,
As the world around us awakens and awakens,
Into a season that creates happiness and thinking.

Spring, oh Spring! A season of pure delight,
Fresh air, sunshine, and a vision in sight,
Of beauty, growth, and creativity galore,
A season of rebirth, a chance to explore.
