Steal The Roses In Plain Sight

I want to wish you
good morning forever,
broken into a thousand wishes.
Because what you think
is without a bare wall to lean on,
and that dream
is just a place to run and hide.
Because you are a house of light,
and your lonely walls are my darkness.
Yet you still think
every corner of the street is the world.
As i still do not know the difference
between crying for my mistakes,
or learning from my mistakes.
So i guess the deepest cut
is made by your lover's hand;
and i will not know until tomorrow.
If regret wants to be written,
or if we all must steal the roses
just in plain sight.
