I breathe in
and then
I breathe out
and so
for at least
this moment
I know
that I am
still breathing.
I see
my child
sleeping
I see her
slight wisp of hair
lying
across her face
Moving in
and then
moving out
And then
I know
That she is
still breathing.
I breathe in
and then
I breathe out
and so
for at least
this moment
I know
that I am
still breathing.
