Still Not Perfect

Still not perfect in any way
Yet plagued with selfish love
Though sinful flesh will see decay
There’s hope to rise above

There’s hope to live when Christ we trust
There’s hope to stand life’s trials
To fight against demonic lust
And overcome their wiles

In Jesus there’s infinity
Power in flowing streams
Countless miracles yet to see
Beyond our wildest dreams

There’s food and drink there’s truth and light
There’s life and Heaven’s door
The way of gaining wondrous sight
To see as none before

There’s mercy and eternal grace
Wisdom and knowledge sure
The will and faith to run life’s race
And strength to all endure

There’s health and wealth love’s hands to hold
Beautiful dance and song
Limitless tales yet no one’s told
And a place to belong

In Jesus Christ there’s purity
Magnificence divine
And all of love’s prosperity
Is yours my friend and mine

We need but now to Jesus turn
Believe His every word
Allow The Truth inside to burn
And practice all we’ve heard
