Straining Poem by Jazmin Nakia Blackwell

Straining

Rating: 5.0

All I asked is to be loved
Loved by someone
If not by all.
To be cared for honestly
With hearts that are
Pure and genuine.
To be undertstood is
What I truly crave for.

Nights and Days
Days and Nights
Just don't mean
much to me because
In my bed is were
I confide with all my
Dred.

Thrilling thoughts of drowing
My sorrow into these
Orange and White PIlls
Over and over in my head
These sucidal thoughts
Just seems to spread.

Always wanting to be freed
Of all my pain, and suffering
But I always end up head first
In Misery.

I love when I can feel raw emotion when reading a poem. This poem deffinitely has that. Ive been through these feelings myself way too much but trust me it gets better.
