Stunning Choices Poem by Dean Meredith

Stunning Choices

Her magenta crush
My oxidation
Why do you do that? She said
Always talking in riddles
You sound like a fool
Oh, I said
I hadn't noticed, until now
I'm terribly sorry
I should have known better
I should have chosen more carefully -
My words and you
Constantly clutching, for negatives
And worse still, finding them

Nice sarcasm. You gave her back her negativity nicely. Thanks for sharing.
