Submerged

In search of comforts
And the select companions
She lost out the deal
Of seeking happiness
Now in retrospect
She kept wondering
If this all was any worth
Then with a feeble smile
Her face had glowed up
She got what she went after
Yet the essence got submerged
Between the choices she made
Those were unpredictable anyways
There is no better way now
But to remain contented
With whatever was the course
And all her achievements
There was no denial then
Life has its own logic and course!

Up to the stars;
Or, true to the Almighty plan,
That out of dust created man,
