Submit To My Poem - Poem by Jena Crowe

if the Bible said that we should all submit to each others poetry
we would be out of one's tree, berserk in the kitchen
rounding the bend
at a dead end
schizo-
bats in belfry-

mad as a March hare, flaky, erratic-
unzipped-
unhinged-
our screws would be so loose, we'd cry
walk into a great depression

and binge on the Thesaurus.
