Subway - Poem by James Aykroyd

Graffiti all around,
Not a pin prick of any sound,
Dim light,
Heading to the darkness of the night,
Walking deeper,
Dirty paths,
Blood stained walls,
From the last person attacked,
The faint smell of urine,
Puts your mind on alert,
Am i safe,
It's a big concern.
