Summer And Sleep Haiku



summer rain-
many sunlit umbrellas
up and down

slow walk
sanding these floorboards
the scent of pine

day and night
heavy in my thoughts
some sleep

silence
as the dust settles
i breathe again

bedtime moon-
some clouds turning
my light off
