Sunburn Poem by Jack Worthington

Sunburn

Rating: 5.0

Please, a little more time here, just a little more
Time has unwound for just a second, the sunset beckoned, the eddy's ghost is upon us.
The coolness on my skin, the heat wells up from my epidermis
Aloe mixed with sand, a drink in my hand, I think I'll have another pour.
