Sunlit
Our only hope,
Sun our ultimate source,
Of light, energy, life,
Intelligence and beauty,
She remains youthful ever,
And longs for your touch,
You make her melt,
She turns into a lovely green..
Mesmerised with your sheer magic,
She glows under your light,
And her heart leaps as tides in the ocean,
When you are away,
She is a black mother earth.
