What do you think this poem is about?

Sunny Days Once Again!

The trees do quiver from the morning breeze,
On whose boughs joyful birds sing
As they welcome the month of March!
Occasionally the sun breaks through the dark clouds,
Shining brightly on the few sail boats dotted on the ocean.
Maybe the sunny days once again will grace us!
