Swansea's Song Poem by Francie Lynch

Swansea's Song

Rating: 3.0

Decency is here;
And if there,
Then everywhere.
Here, it raised its beautiful head
To relieve the distressed,
Reduce her dread:
'Are you alright? '
Asked the lads.
Three words,
Whose effect
Moved my world
Three thousand miles away.

There is indecency, here;
And if here, then everywhere.
But here we will rebuke;
And if here,
Then everywhere.

Are you alright?
I am not three thousand miles away.
I am beside you;
I'm not a guide,
But I've an ear for lyrics.

Listen for Swansea's Song,
Here, there, and everywhere.
