Tales Of Eve

He told me tales
tales of the radiating sun
tales of the flourishing moon
tales of the constellation of the stars

he told me tales
tales of happy days
tales of merry nights

he told me tales
tales of sunny days
after rainy nights

he told me tales
tales of love
tales of rainbow and
tales of brighter days

when I believed him
he dashed by dreams
and drowned by hopes in the deep blue sea
