Teach Children Philosophy Or Love? Poem by Terence George Craddock

Teach Children Philosophy Or Love?

Rating: 5.0

we should teach our children
a philosophy of life insights,
survival skills perceiving depths
dysfunctional in dangerous others,
such complexity in understanding
is not safeguard required necessary,
simple insight wisdom basic will do
kindness compassion mercy will do,
heart felt love will see us through;

Hi Terence! This is a good one. Funny, I just posted a poem with a very similar theme.

Hi Laurie, I would like to read that poem as we seem to have a lot in common, this poem is part of a portfolio of poems, with the main poem wrritten mainly on the 23rd and finished the next day. The idea of the split images was to address the central themes like a series of painted panels or fresco images around the dominant theme.
