If I can't make it to live another day with her
Tell her that my time has come to go
But I will want to see her one fine day
Welcoming her at Heaven's door

Tell her not to cry for me
'Cause I can't be there to wipe her tears
Every day ahead, the sooner we'll meet
Even if it takes a thousand years

So if tomorrow never comes for me
Send that message to her ears
And do remind her to always smile
For I will always be somewhere near
