When the tender heart breaks,
It bleeds tears that run so deep,
What was once so full of love,
Now tormented by doubt and deceit.

That all too familiar question arises,
What did I do to deserve this pain?
Why? you ask yourself,
Over and over again.

Rest assured my beautiful friend,
Your strength will pull you through,
The kindness that you showed,
That light that shines in you.

Your many and wonderful attributes,
Will team up and make a plan,
Circle round you at your lowest,
Show you that you can.

Move on with class and dignity,
Love yourself with much respect,
To a future with hope and meaning,
No looking back with any regret.
