Thank You

Thank you,
For being there when I had no one,
Thank you,
For staying there to keep my body warm,
Thank you,
For delivering the word of God to me,
Thank you,
For healing me, because I once was blind but you helped me see,
Thank you,
For telling me there is a God watching over me day in and day out.
Thank you,
For showing me what his love is all about,
Thank you,
For showing me how to pray,
Thank you,
For telling me that everything would be okay,
Thank you,
For giving me his word on Wednesday nights & Sunday mornings,
Thank you,
For being there when I was always yearning,
Thank you,
For telling me about my merciful father,
Thank you,
For teaching me there is no other,
Thank you,
For understanding my needs,
Thank you,
Pastor for helping me…
Thank you,

Poem of the Day

poet Paul Laurence Dunbar

The mist has left the greening plain,
The dew-drops shine like fairy rain,
The coquette rose awakes again
Her lovely self adorning.
