I maybe cruel and sometimes very unkind
But yet in me it is always the goodness you find
Tell me why it is that you love me so
I don't deserve your love and this I know
But I am thankful for you each and everyday
I love you so much that even words can not say
So please don't let go or ever give in
To the pressures of this life we live in
We will help each other when we fall
To be at the other's side when we call
