Once, there, in the mountains
-where was born and water
-is praised and for it
-great men of wisdom and effort
-devote time;
-to dig a chain of wells
-connected far below the surface
-by channels and tunnels
-till water ends in the reservoir,
-to be shared, divided by farmers,
-there was an old donkey.

Was free and busy grazing
-in the wild grass of
-place, named: "La-Seili"
- (the base for many floods.)

The donkey felt hearing
-echo of something like the roaring.

"I am old, dreaming…
-is nothing…"

And heard paws after jump
-landing on edge of rock…

"I am old, dreaming…
-is nothing…"

Circulated the same, repeated
-same feeling…

Was only after the tiger's paws went deep into skin
-and the fangs travelled through mane
-when things changed;
-donkey said:
- "I am an old expert,
-powerless, unable,
-pretend and dream
-that right is everything…
-Yes, I know, it is my self-fooling! "
