That Night Poem by Rosemary Monahan

That Night

Rating: 4.5

Just when I thought it was the end
Only to be able to see you again.
Please let me talk to you
And explain why I really left there
And not having a choice being here.
Need to have you love me again
Even now, our lives can begin.
Let me know if I have a chance
Even if its just a little glance.
Especially after our 'special' night
getting you back may be a fight.
Rather die than live without you
Only thing I know is true.
Now and forever, Baby I love you.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I was left at a motel by this guy who I thought cared about me. Being naive and stupid (same thing) , I went back home.
