That Weary Quantum Theory Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

That Weary Quantum Theory

Time
seldom
glimmers.
Thought's experiential
is seldom sought or remembered.
Context or not is gathered; that
recalling the ones, we touch
dazzlingly brilliant each is
and yet so calm. These
ones finally found you
of course; that was
years ago, … You
shimmer. My
periphery
together
each
second
in a crystal
film of time
collecting all of
the memories; really
physically conquering you!
We gather those clear murky
overcoats and touch palms. IAM
disoriented and we collide; I divide
this wright and die… having compelled
finally; that weary quantum theory!
