' The Brave Heart ' Poem by Enrico Morilla

' The Brave Heart '

Rating: 2.6

I.
Have you watched 'Mel Gibson's? ',
'The Brave Heart', not in the moons

Briefly; Britain conquered by a colony
So British cried for FREEDOM, Sentimental History
Brave Heart led them to war story
But betrayed by Wizard King, prince & knights' infantry
His group almost perished by tricky enemy...

II.
Again, UNITY called
For no state WARM FREE out of single praising-freezing cold
Brave Heart gave chance to his ALLIANCE, too bold
Presumptuous his countrymen will not be defied nor sold...

III.
Brave heart was despised again
This time his head on an ax guillotine
Will be released only if he will utter, ' MERCY..! '
He shouted, FREEDOM instead, unexpectedly..?
Bravery, bravery, bravery...

REFRAIN:
You want to win the BATTLE..?
Another film, 'GLADIATOR', advises;
' WIN THE CROWD MAXIMUS..! (3X) '
'You are accountable to all, NICODEMUS..............'
