The Cherry Trees Near Gu Lo Station Poem by Raymond Farrell

The Cherry Trees Near Gu Lo Station

Today
As I walked
By the river
Near Gu Lo Station
The cherry trees
Standing
One after another
In a long row
Next the path
That ran beside the river
Were fully in bloom
With white blossoms
Whose petals
Fell in the breeze
Like snowflakes
In a blizzard
And lay strewn
Along the way
The sight and smell
Together
Intensified
My pleasure.

It sounds wonderful, Raymond. I can't wait for my latitude to bloom.

Spring will arrive where you are before you know it.
