The Dancer Poem by Kendra Schoenthal

The Dancer

Rating: 3.8

The Dancer sways her hips
She go's off for the leap
Her graceful steps
Show's the talent and beauty
She has.
She glides beautifully across
The floor with steady movements
She smiles for being proud of
Herself of what she has
Acomplished.
Flowers are thrown to her feet
She moves with steady
Movements off stage.
She starts to cry because
She knows she did what she came
Here to do.
She showed people of how talented
She can be.
From that day on she made a
Promise saying that she will never
Give up her dream to dance through
Her life.
