The Death Poem by Farooq Hussain

The Death

Things all ended up when someone dies
Only reminiscences of their life hunts in some
The moving alive; lies still and inactive
Just his bare body is seen
Lots of crying and unseen emotions flowing in others seen
A laugh would contend the despair, sorrow
Things all seen mixed up
Lost are the hopes
Assurance is being thrown from various corners
To calm them and to make them feel normal
And are consoled
Broken down still nurture a deep itching memory
Later it gets dissolved
Which one has to
To carry on with his reasonable life
All are born to die
Gone are those who left the entire load behind
Load of sweet memoirs upon their sweet ones
Body turns into ashes merely in some minutes
Only flying ashes is seen
As if life is ending up; but it doesn’t
Those who have come to lead had to go at last
Leaving nothing but some treasure moments at the end
Life took place; all smiles
Life ends; all weeps
