The End Is Empty Poem by Chukwuma Adione

The End Is Empty

The end is empty to me
a dark consciousness that
pretends to be reality
to them who have not found life
there is a law at work
in and around me, yes not gravity
for gravity is a slave to the end
for my peace, there is no end
for my joy, there is no end
for my bliss, there is no end
the law of the spirit of life
has made the end an illusion
if the end were a glass, it is empty to me
i have eternity, i have no end.
