The Event Of Every Season Poem by Tess Rockenstire

The Event Of Every Season

If I could hold you, it would be tight.
If I could caress your silken skin,
I would do that with the tip of my finger tips.
If I could kiss you, it would be soft and light.

If I could capture you,
It would be you with the sunset,
As I snapped the every event of your glowing face.
While I famished for your kiss.

If I could spend my life with you,
It would be for eternity.
And let the world know how much you meant to me.
If I could change the time, I would let you be,
The event of the changing season.
