The First Day Of Spring Poem by Paul Warren

The First Day Of Spring

At the end of the winter on the first sunny day
The feel of the sun on your back is a great display
And to ride your bike as fast as you can
Sucking in the warmth is the best plan

Go to the local park and lay on the grass nearby
Look up to see the cotton wool clouds fly by
Feel the cool green grass as you lie down
Summer holidays and long hot days around.
