The Greatest Miracle (1)

Do wonders still exist today?
Can miracles appear?
Did they gradually fade away?
Or one day disappear?

Is Satan chained or is he free
Are demons bound and loosed
The church of Christ cannot agree
Which makes the bride confused

Are healings in the churches still?
Has death now lost it’s sting?
Has this become The Saviour’s will?
Is this the song He’d sing?

“His miracles will God deny
Wonders will not be found
Except the fact Jonah and I
Will rest beneath the ground”

The world looks on with baffles eyes
Confusion wears a crown
Are miracles behind disguise?
Would Jesus act the clown?

The facts of God are plain to see
Except who’s eyes are dim
And so the truth is given free
Confusion’s not of Him

We must beware of what we say
Of how we share our view
Our words could make some children stray
Or from the deeds we do

The facts of life the church must learn
To labour not in vain
And so before our Groom’s return
Confusion cannot reign P.T.O
