The Guilt Poem by Paul Warren

The Guilt

Stop pursuing me
Leave me alone
I want t be free
All the years are gone

When does the guilt end
I have suffered enough now
I do not want to defend
It is no use to ask how

It goes on and one
And I just stand there alone
Why can't it be left and done
So I am left with what is known
