The Imminent Onslaught Poem by J Sheba Anandhi

The Imminent Onslaught

Drill a hole
Just to stick a pole,
But the weak board
Cannot hold
The stiff pole
Through the hole;
One might talk a lot
Not worried about
The imminent onslaught,
Only after the wake
One is ready to take
Care of the hassle
And start the counsel;
Know what is weak,
If it is going to be too weak
This can't be what you seek,
This won't give you the peak,
Check if you can stick the pole
Right before drilling the hole.
