The Kind Of Life I Have Chosen....
on the shallow waters
near the shore
lies my kind of happiness
no depth gives me fears
no murkiness gives me
hopelessness
on the shallow waters
i wade
like a carabao on its
shallow mudhole.
you are telling me
you go for greatness
and takes all the risk
you venture into
the forbidden
and die.
i die just the same
on the shallow waters of
my own happiness
i age, i mellow down,
and i speak to no one.
