The Last Guy Who Knew Everything Poem by Richard Jarboe

The Last Guy Who Knew Everything

They say the last guy who knew everything was Aristotle.
That's hard to prove; it's touchy feely,
There's been a lot of smarty-pants since then,
But did they know everything, really?

Aristotle thought eels don't reproduce,
He thought they just emerged from mud,
If he did know everything,
Was he some kind of nut?
