The Man And Earth Poem by Peter Sugura

The Man And Earth

Rating: 4.5

The sky cries to water the earth
A mother dies giving birth
Life chases it's tail called death
The baby takes his first breath

Water becomes one with the soil
He learns life is full of termoil
The world expands eachday
A young man finds his way

The earth dries
An old man dies
Life presses on
His soul, never moves on
