The Man In The Moon Poem by PAUL COLVIN

The Man In The Moon

Tiny circles everywhere
Rippling all around
A million tiny droplets
Falling on the ground
Shiny tarmac underfoot
The puddles deep and black
In the centre is the moon
Its reflection shining back.
I looked down then looked up
And what a sight to see
The little man up in the moon
Was smiling down at me.
