The Mirror Poem by Trevor McLeod

The Mirror

Rating: 3.5

The mirror that most offends you
is the one that says good luck
When it's there to say I lied to
what you're sure to want to cluck

And you only think believing
is the time you spent in front
When the time you spent to find it
is the price you paid in shunt
